Local Engineers · Launceston
New gas and oil boilers, annual servicing, repairs and emergency call-outs for Launceston homes, with fixed upfront pricing and manufacturer warranties of up to 12 years.
Launceston sits at the top of the A30 on the Cornwall and Devon border, and the town and the countryside around it are firmly oil country. Farms, cottages and barn conversions around South Petherwin, Lewannick, Polson and over the Tamar into Lifton rely on heating oil, and oil boilers are one of the things we do most.
Our OFTEC registered engineers handle everything from annual services and burner repairs to complete external oil boiler installations and oil tank replacements. Being based near Saltash, we reach Launceston easily along the A388, and we cover the mains gas properties in the town itself through our Gas Safe registered team.
We quote a fixed price after a survey, fit leading brands and back the work with manufacturer warranties of up to 12 years.
A-rated gas boilers from leading brands, installed neatly with warranties of up to 12 years.

Annual gas and oil servicing that keeps your warranty valid and your heating safe.
No heating or hot water? Our emergency engineers cover Launceston around the clock.
Hot water cylinders, oil tanks, radiators and full heating systems.
Older properties around Launceston often have their oil boiler in a utility room, outhouse or garage, with an oil tank that has been in place for decades. When we replace the boiler we check the tank and the fuel line too, because a tired tank or a blocked filter will cause lockouts on a brand new boiler just as surely as it did on the old one.
For the town, the common jobs are gas combi replacements in the terraces and newer estates, annual servicing and repairs. We will tell you honestly whether a repair makes sense or whether the boiler has reached the end of its economic life.
We are a local Cornwall business, not a national call centre. The engineer who quotes your job is the one who turns up to do it. Our engineers are Gas Safe and OFTEC registered, quotes are fixed before any work starts, and new boilers come with manufacturer warranties of up to 12 years.
