Local Engineers · St Austell
New gas and oil boilers, annual servicing, repairs and emergency call-outs for St Austell homes, with fixed upfront pricing and manufacturer warranties of up to 12 years.
St Austell is one of the largest towns in Cornwall and we cover all of it, along with Charlestown, St Blazey, Par and the coastal villages from Mevagissey round to Fowey. Our engineers make the run down the A390 from Tideford regularly for installations, annual services and repairs.
The town has mains gas, so much of our work in St Austell is gas combi and system boilers in the terraces around the centre and the estates that spread out towards the clay country. Head into the villages and the picture changes: a great many homes on the smallholdings and in the hamlets around the china clay area heat with oil, and our OFTEC registered engineers look after those too.
Whichever fuel your home uses, the process is the same. We survey, quote a fixed price up front, fit leading brands and back the work with manufacturer warranties of up to 12 years.
A-rated gas boilers from leading brands, installed neatly with warranties of up to 12 years.
OFTEC registered oil boiler installations for homes around St Austell that are off the gas grid.
Annual gas and oil servicing that keeps your warranty valid and your heating safe.
No heating or hot water? Our emergency engineers cover St Austell around the clock.
Hot water cylinders, oil tanks, radiators and full heating systems.
The coast around St Austell brings its own challenges. Salt air is hard on external oil boilers and flue terminals in places like Mevagissey and Charlestown, so we pay particular attention to positioning and protection when we install near the sea, and check for corrosion on every service.
St Austell also has a healthy share of holiday lets and second homes. We can put servicing on a schedule that fits around bookings, and we carry out repairs quickly so a property is not out of action for long.
We are a local Cornwall business, not a national call centre. The engineer who quotes your job is the one who turns up to do it. Our engineers are Gas Safe and OFTEC registered, quotes are fixed before any work starts, and new boilers come with manufacturer warranties of up to 12 years.
