Boilers fail on Christmas morning, before the school run, and the weekend the in-laws arrive. When it happens, you need a local engineer who answers the phone and gets to you quickly, not a national call centre reading from a script.
Our emergency call-out service covers Cornwall and Devon around the clock. We prioritise homes with no heat or hot water, vulnerable households, and anything involving a leak from the boiler or heating system. Our vans carry the common parts, so many emergency visits end with the heating back on the same day.
No-heat, no-hot-water and leaking-boiler calls jump the queue, day and night.
We are based near Saltash, so we are genuinely nearby, not two counties away.
We stock the common failure parts for the major brands to maximise same-visit fixes.
You get a straight price before work starts. An emergency should not mean a blank cheque.
A-rated combi and system boilers from the leading names, sized properly for your home and fitted at a fixed price.

Annual gas and oil servicing with a proper combustion check, so your boiler stays safe, efficient and inside its warranty.
Call 07888 862 603 or send the form. We will talk through the job honestly, with no pressure.
One clear price with materials, labour and VAT included, agreed before any work starts.
Tidy work, proper commissioning and aftercare that answers the phone.
No heating or hot water, a boiler leaking water, or anything that smells of gas. For a gas smell, call the National Gas Emergency line on 0800 111 999 first, then call us about the boiler.
It depends where you are and the time of day, but we cover Cornwall and Devon from near Saltash and prioritise genuine emergencies. Call and we will give you an honest arrival time.
If the boiler is leaking, turn off the water at the stopcock and switch the boiler off at the fused spur. Put a bucket under the drip and move anything valuable. Our boiler leaking water guide walks you through it.
Often, yes. We carry common parts for the major brands. If a special-order part is needed we will make the system safe and return as soon as it lands.
