Local Engineers · Liskeard
New gas and oil boilers, annual servicing, repairs and emergency call-outs for Liskeard homes, with fixed upfront pricing and manufacturer warranties of up to 12 years.
Liskeard is a short run west along the A38 from our base, and the town and its surrounding villages are a regular patch for our engineers. We fit, service and repair boilers in the town itself and out to Dobwalls, St Cleer, Menheniot, Pensilva and the farms and hamlets in between.
Liskeard has mains gas through much of the town, so a lot of our work here is gas combi and system boilers in the older terraces and the newer estates on the edges. Step outside the town boundary and the picture changes quickly: a large share of homes around Liskeard heat with oil, and we install, service and repair oil boilers there week in, week out.
That mix suits us well. We are Gas Safe registered for the gas work and OFTEC registered for the oil work, so you do not need two different firms depending on which side of the town you live.

Hot water cylinders, oil tanks, radiators and full heating systems.
Older stone properties around Liskeard often have a floor-standing oil boiler in a kitchen or outbuilding that has been going for twenty years or more. When those are replaced we look carefully at whether a modern external oil boiler, an internal replacement or an oil combi is the right fit for the house, and explain the trade-offs before you decide.
In the town, the most common jobs are like-for-like combi replacements, annual services and repairs on boilers that are losing pressure or dropping out on cold mornings. If a boiler is worth repairing we will say so, and if it is not we will give you a fixed price for a replacement.
We are a local Cornwall business, not a national call centre. The engineer who quotes your job is the one who turns up to do it. Our engineers are Gas Safe and OFTEC registered, quotes are fixed before any work starts, and new boilers come with manufacturer warranties of up to 12 years.
